* WINDS...South 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 40 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Up to 77.
* LIGHTNING...none.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
