  Open waters from Vermilion OH to Conneaut OH...

* Until 1015 AM EDT.

* At 841 AM EDT, a strong cluster of thunderstorms was located 20 nm 
  northwest of Willowick, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 45 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
