...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 5 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 5 PM CDT this afternoon for 
portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Edwards, 
Wabash, Wayne and White and Indiana, including the following areas, 
Gibson, Posey and Vanderburgh.

The heavy rain has ended and the flood waters have receded. Urban 
and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. 
However, areas near the Ohio River, including Mt Vernon Indiana 
remain in a Flash Flood Warning until 815 PM CDT. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
