At 838 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Avella, moving southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Washington, Avella, Wolfdale, McGovern, Houston, Taylorstown, West
Middletown, Green Hills, and Meadow Lands.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 8 and 17.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 39 and 40.
