...GROWING SEASON HAS ENDED FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL/WESTERN OHIO
AND SOUTHEAST INDIANA...
As of November 1st, the National Weather Service office in
Wilmington, OH will no longer issue Frost/Freeze headlines for the
following counties:
In Ohio...
Mercer, Auglaize, Hardin, Darke, Shelby, Logan, Union, Delaware,
Licking, Miami, Champaign, Clark, Madison, Fairfield, Preble,
Montgomery, Greene, Fayette, Hocking, Butler, Warren, Clinton.
In Indiana...
Wayne, Fayette, Union, Franklin.
All other counties remain in an active growing season, with
Frost/Freeze headlines continuing as needed until November 7th
unless a hard freeze occurs before then.
