* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...South Central Laurel County in south central Kentucky...
Northwestern Whitley County in south central Kentucky...
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 236 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Deering, Rye, Walden, Youngs Creek, Grove, Faber, Clio, Barton,
Moore Hill, North Corbin and Corbin.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
