The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central Ohio,
including the following areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana,
Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble
and Tuscarawas, Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette,
Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland, and
West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock,
Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the
  following areas, Eastern Preston, Marion, Monongalia, Preston and
  Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rounds of thunderstorms are expected through this
    afternoon that could produce heavy rainfall. Hourly rates of 1-2
    inches per hour could produce areas of flash flooding,
    particularly in already saturated areas and locations that
    receive multiple thunderstorms.
