...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT GREENE AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES
THROUGH 545 PM EDT...
At 517 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Moraine to near Beavercreek, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail, and very heavy
rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning
is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Xenia, Miamisburg,
Springboro, Bellbrook, Moraine, Oakwood, Wright-Patterson Afb, West
Carrollton, Cedarville, Jamestown, Wilberforce, Riverside,
Germantown, New Jasper, Spring Valley, and Centerville.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 42 and 55.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
