* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by upstream dam release continues to
  be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
  county, White.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Discharge from the Norway Dam exceeds 9,000 cubic feet per
    second.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
  county, White.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
  and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Brief rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible
    late tonight into Sunday morning.  Saturated conditions
    continue across the area due to recent heavy rainfall. Any
    additional heavy rainfall will result in increased runoff and
    an increased flood potential.
