Only 1 account per person - The exception to that is if your account is deleted for non-violation reasons.
We run this site on a 3 strike rule. Strike 1 is a warning. Strike 2 is a 1 month suspension. 3 is a permaban with your entire post history flagged as from a banned user
ThreatWeb is just a site that is for cybersecurity research (aka this site is run by an ethical hacker).
