SOUTHEASTERN PULASKI...CENTRAL MCCREARY AND NORTHWESTERN WHITLEY
COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM EDT...
At 1034 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Mount Victory to Blue Heron. Movement was
northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
London, Whitley City, Parkers Lake, Cumberland Falls S.P., Huxley,
Deering, Mount Victory, Krupp, Bunch, Hightop, Youngs Creek, Wiborg,
Bark Camp, Rye, Blue Heron, Honeybee, Marshes Siding, Holly Bay Rec.
Area, Beulah Heights, and Grove.
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
Interstate 75 in east central Kentucky near mile marker 42.
Kentucky Highway 80 in Laurel County between mile markers 8 and 10.
