forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHEN...From Friday morning to Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water begins to flood bridge roadway and
Florida side of bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 2.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday
morning to a crest of 13.9 feet early Friday afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
