* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Locations 
  near any active or smoldering fires may result in visibilities
  near zero.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
