The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  North Mobile Bay...
  South Mobile Bay...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 359 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Dog River
  Bridge, or near Mouth Of Mobile River, moving south at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gaillard Island, Dog River Bridge, Middle Bay Light, Mouth Of
  Mobile River, East Fowl River Bridge, and Point Clear.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
