This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Through tonight.

Heat index values between 95 and 105 degrees will affect much of the
area early this evening.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected through the evening. Some
of the thunderstorms could produce torrential rainfall, leading to
isolated occurrences of high water.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Thunderstorms are possible at times, with the highest probability
during afternoon and early evening hours most days. Some of the
thunderstorms could bring locally heavy rainfall, especially on
Wednesday and Thursday.

Most places can expect peak afternoon heat indices of 100 to 110
degrees Tuesday and Wednesday.
