Illinois, including the following areas, Edwards, Hamilton, 
Jefferson, Wabash, Wayne IL and White and southwest Indiana, 
including the following areas, Gibson, Pike, Posey, Spencer, 
Vanderburgh and Warrick.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
