...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ST. JOSEPH...CASS
AND SOUTHEASTERN BERRIEN COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM EDT...
At 432 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Cassopolis to near South Bend. Movement was
east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
South Bend, Mishawaka, Niles, Dowagiac, Granger, Cassopolis,
Edwardsburg, Roseland, Bertrand, Pokagon, Penn, Vandalia, Indian
Village, La Grange, Juno Lake, Donnell Lake, Chain-o-lakes, Lydick,
Diamond Lake, and Eagle Lake.
This includes Interstate 80 in Indiana between mile markers 68 and
84.
