NORTHWESTERN TANGIPAHOA PARISHES THROUGH 115 PM CDT

At 1224 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Montpelier, or near Greensburg, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Greensburg, Amite, Amite City, Kentwood, Roseland, Osyka, Montpelier,
Darlington, Easleyville, and Tangipahoa.
This includes Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 46 and
66.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
