A weak area of low pressure, an open wave, will slowly sit/spin
on its approach, drift, and eventual passage across the FA. It
enters the forecast picture with chance category pops today and
tonight and by tmrw into Saturday, all are likely to see at
least some rain with is vicinity move. The linger of the wave is
what then transitions the pops to a more or less diurnal
influence next week, as it offers daytime heating/humidity a
focus to tap with little/no flow otherwise, never completely
dispersing or exiting. Temperatures slowly drift toward 90F with
time, as dew points do similarly with 70F.
