lowlands near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight and continue rising to a crest of 19.5 feet
Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
