moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.

Circleville, Kingston, Logan Elm Village, Frankfort, Clarksburg,
Pickaway County Airport, State Route 138 at US Route 22,
Andersonville, and Austin.
