...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

The Flood Advisory will expire at midnight EDT tonight for portions 
of northeast and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, 
in northeast Kentucky, Martin. In southeast Kentucky, Breathitt, 
Clay, Floyd, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Perry and Pike.

Flood waters have receded or are starting to recede. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. However, please continue to heed 
any remaining road closures.
