Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...
Cuyahoga River At Independence affecting Cuyahoga County.
For the Cuyahoga River...including Hiram Rapids, Jaite, Old Portage,
Independence...Minor flooding is forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Cuyahoga River at Independence.
* WHEN...From this morning to late this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Tinkers Creek and Mill Creek backup due to
high flows on the Cuyahoga River. Canal Road inundated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.4
feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
this morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
