Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Licking River at McKinneysburg.
* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Lowland flooding continues in southern
Pendleton County, especially along McKinneysburg Road and in the
Colvin Bend Road area. Water approaches some mobile homes and
agricultural outbuildings along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 38.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late this evening and continue falling, remaining below flood
stage.
- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
