COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM EDT...

At 1206 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Bloomville to 6 miles northeast of Marion
to 6 miles southeast of Richwood. Movement was northeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Lorain, Elyria, Mansfield, Sandusky, Ashland, Norwalk, Mount Vernon,
Vermilion, Western Vermilion, Mount Gilead, Amherst, Galion, Shelby,
Bellevue, Willard, Ontario, Lexington, Wellington, Crestline, and
