NORTHWESTERN EAST FELICIANA PARISHES...
At 127 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over New Roads,
moving northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Wakefield, Norwood, Spillman, Wilson, St. Francisville, New Roads,
and Jackson.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for southeastern
Louisiana...and southern Mississippi.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
