Cumberland River at Barbourville affecting Knox County.
Cumberland River at Williamsburg affecting Whitley County.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
The next statement will be issued this evening at 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...At 1002.0 feet, Low lying roads flood, including
portions of Straight Creek, Dorton Branch, and Fourmile Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 996.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 1003.0
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this
evening.
- Flood stage is 1002.0 feet.
