* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and 
  northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST /6 AM CST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Some power outages 
  will be possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the 
  Wednesday evening commute and the morning commute on Thursday.
