PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...South Fork Kentucky River at Oneida.
* WHEN...Until late this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Moderate flooding occurs. Several feet of
water in multiple Oneida Baptist Institute buildings and the town
of Oneida is cut off.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 AM EST Sunday the stage was 33.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 34.5
feet overnight. It will then fall below flood stage late this
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
