* WHAT...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow.
  Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches in Lake County, the
  higher terrain of northeastern Cuyahoga County, and the northern
  two-thirds of Geauga County. Lesser snow accumulations expected
  elsewhere. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce blowing
  snow at times. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow
  possible. Additional snow accumulations of at least 6 inches
  possible in the heaviest and most-persistent snow. Winds could
  gust as high as 35 mph and produce blowing snow at times.

* WHERE...Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake Counties.

* WHEN...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, until 7 PM EST Thursday.
  For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday morning through Sunday
  morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult at times due to slippery
  road conditions and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions may
  impact the morning and evening commutes on Thursday and Friday.
