The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  North Mobile Bay...

* Until 815 PM CST.

* At 746 PM CST, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Mouth Of Mobile River, moving
  northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mouth Of Mobile River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CST for southwestern
Alabama...and the adjacent coastal waters.
