* WHAT...Blizzard conditions from falling and/or blowing snow. 
  Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds 
  gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling 
  and/or blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday 
  morning commutes. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to 
  trees and power lines.
