1 dead, 2 injured in 'chain reaction' crash on Hwy 401 near Kingston
Emergency crews were called to the "chain reaction" crash in the area of Joyceville Road around 7:40 p.m. Wednesday after a tractor-trailer collided with another vehicle that was "slowing down or stopped in a construction zone," according to OPP.
