...AREAS OF DENSE FOG POSSIBLE THROUGH SUNRISE...

The combination of patchy cloud cover, light winds, and wet 
ground from recent rainfall has created areas of fog. The fog is 
patchy, but dense in some spots, taking local visibilities down to
a quarter mile at times. 

Motorists should exercise caution early this morning and be 
prepared for quick changes in visibility over short distances. 
Slow down and use low beam headlights in foggy areas.
