The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of southern Illinois, 
including the following areas, Massac, Pope and Pulaski and western 
Kentucky, including the following areas, Ballard, Carlisle, Graves, 
Livingston, Marshall and McCracken.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
