This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern Indiana, southwest
Michigan, northwest Ohio and the nearshore waters of southeastern
Lake Michigan.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Thunderstorm wind gusts in excess of 50 mph accompanied by heavy
downpours are possible from 4 PM EDT to midnight EDT.
Heat indices in the mid to upper 90s are expected this afternoon into
this evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Dangerous swimming conditions are expected along the southeast shores
of Lake Michigan beaches Sunday. Conditions hazardous to small craft
are also expected Sunday across the nearshore waters of southeast
Lake Michigan.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation is not expected at this time, but reports of
strong winds and wind gusts and reports of any storm damage will be
appreciated.
