In southeast Kentucky, Morgan and Wolfe.* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 340 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... West Liberty, Stanton, Sandy Hook, Frenchburg, Campton, Henry, Lewis, Clay City, Wellington, Campsites in the Indian Creek area of the Daniel Boone National Forrest, Omer, Ebon, Ezel, Kellacey, Artville, Pekin, Korea, Dan, Twentysix and New Cummer.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
