Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. Numerous roads outside of the hurricane risk reduction system in St Bernard parish currently impacted will likely see only minor improvement tonight before lowly rising again tomorrow.
