...Scattered Strong Thunderstorms Early This Evening...

Scattered strong thunderstorms have developed across parts of
southeast Missouri. Several of these storms will be capable of
producing wind gusts to 50 mph and torrential rainfall.

While widespread severe weather is not anticipated, it is
possible that a few of the storms could briefly become severe with
wind gusts to 60 mph.

Have a plan to seek shelter indoors and be sure to have time to
reach the shoreline if boating and one of the storms approach.
