In southwest Ohio, Clinton. In west central Ohio, Clark and Greene.* WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 653 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Xenia, Cedarville, Sabina, Jamestown, South Charleston, Jeffersonville, Wilberforce, South Solon, Bowersville, Port William, Clifton, Milledgeville, Octa, Bell Center, Rosemoor, Shady Grove, Gladstone, Interstate 71 at US Route 35, Selma and Bloomington.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
