Patchy fog is expected across the region this morning. Some of 
the fog will be locally dense, reducing visibility to a quarter of
a mile or less in some locations. Use caution if traveling, and 
be alert for rapidly changing visibility, slow down, and use your 
low beam headlights when encountering dense fog.
