* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois along and south of Route 13, 
  areas of western Kentucky along and north of Bardwell to Paducah 
  to Central City, and parts of southeast Missouri along the 
  Mississippi River and Stoddard County.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of 
distance ahead of you.
