THROUGH 615 PM EDT...

At 530 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Slemp, or 11 miles south of Hazard, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cumberland, Lynch, Benham, Leatherwood, Arthur, Totz, Black Bottom,
Viper, Daley, Louellen, Clover Fork, Lewis Creek, Defeated Creek,
Kingdom Come S.P., Gilley, Highsplint, Banks, Clutts, Big Black
Mountain, and Partridge.
