* At 211 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Jeffreys Ledge Buoy 44098 to 8 nm east of Mass
Bay Buoy 44029 to near Boston Buoy 44013 to 8 nm west of Kingston,
moving east at 30 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
