at many places between Ashport and Goldust halting evcuations
southwest of Ashport. Home sites on Henderson Shop Road are being
covered. T. Rossinger Road is beginning to flood. Home sites
between Crawford Road and Cold Creek are flooding. In Arkansas,
the terminal elevator on Sans Souci Road is being flooded.
