The Flood Warning will expire at 130 PM EDT this afternoon for
portions of east central Ohio, including the following area, Belmont
and West Virginia, including the following areas, Marshall, Ohio and
Wetzel.
Flood waters are receding. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Sunday for portions
of east central Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
