* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2
to 5 inches.
* WHERE...Southern Erie County.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The majority of the snow will occur through 4
AM then become more scattered into Friday morning. Temperatures
will remain in the teens with wind chills values near zero.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
