Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING TO THURSDAY
MORNING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Ohio River at Meldahl Dam.
* WHEN...From Tuesday evening to Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 52 feet, lowland flooding of streets near Neville
continues. Water covers Route 52 near State Route 232 in Point
Pleasant, with backwater flooding up Big Indian Creek resulting in
high water along stretches of Route 232 close to the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM EST Monday the stage was 48.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Tuesday evening to a crest of 51.7 feet Wednesday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
- Flood stage is 51.0 feet.
