  Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern 
  Preston, Eastern Tucker, and Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds 
  could bring down tree branches and damage power lines.

  gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Higher Elevations of Indiana County.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.   Slushy untreated 
  roads and surfaces will become icy and hazardous this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized snow bands will be capable of 
  dropping a quick coating on roadways and reducing visibility to 
  less than one mile.
