...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR AN ICE JAM NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
county, Lake.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying areas near the Chagrin River.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1130 AM EST, local law enforcement reported an ice jam
continues on the Chagrin River between Eagle Rd and Rogers
Rd. Minor flooding is possible along this stretch of river or
locations downstream if the jam releases.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Willoughby and Willoughby Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
